"Revisions turned out good"
I wasn’t totally sure how the revisions would come out at first, but they fixed up my draft really quickly. It looks a lot better now, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty easy to order, even if I lost track of the timing"
I used highgradeaid.org to place an order, the form was straightforward. I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of pages or guess where to put things, which made it easier than I expected.
Uploading the details went fine too, and I liked that the price showed up before I paid. I did get a little confused about the timing at one point, like whether something had already gone through or was still loading, but it wasn’t a huge issue. A couple parts could’ve loaded faster, though.
Overall, the ordering process was smooth and didn’t stress me out. I’d say 4 stars because it was easy and clear for the most part, just not totally perfect...

They did follow my instructions for the most part, and the final result was okay, but I felt a little misled by how smooth it seemed like the process would be. I still had to go in and fix a few small wording issues myself, which wasn’t a huge deal, but not really what I thought I was paying for. It did save me some time overall, just not as much as I hoped.

I liked that highgradeaid.org gave me space to explain exactly what I needed and include my own notes. The final result followed most of my instructions, though there were a couple of small things I had to get fixed. I used highgradeaid.org for a topic that really wasn’t something you could handle with a quick Google search, they went further into it than I thought they would. The sources actually made sense for the subject, and the ideas were connected instead of just being random quotes thrown in to make it look researched...
